All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Local delivery within Sri Lanka typically takes 1–3 business days. International shipping is available, contact us for rates and timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution.

Custom pieces cannot be returned but may be adjusted. We will always do our best to make it right.

Repairs & Resizing

We offer resizing, polishing, stone checks, and repairs on all Odyssey pieces. Contact us to arrange. Where possible, repairs are completed within 1–2 weeks.
